Four local speakers will share information and specific calls-to-action that involve volunteering and/or advocacy to improve the following issues that are directly impacting our community:
- Human Trafficking - Heather Paramore, LSW - activist and advocate for survivors of human trafficking
- Hunger - Amy Jo Holland and Gwen Andrix - Brown Bag Food Project
- Opiates - Jeremy Fofrich - author and clinical case manager, A Renewed Mind Behavioral Health
- Water Quality - Earl Campbell - Clean Water Advocate
“We're hearing from so many folks who feel strongly about these issues and who want to learn more about how they can get involved and make a difference,” stated Rachel Zickar, Club President.
